“ The Comoros has no biostimulant category, and no Comorian or regional text in force uses the word. Since 2024, however, it has a dedicated input law: Loi n° 24-007/AU relative aux intrants agricoles (law on agricultural inputs), adopted by the Assembly on 19 June 2024 and promulgated by Décret n° 24-105/PR of 19 July 2024. Its Article 3 defines the categories that matter.”
