      NEW Legislation Update : Latvia

Check out a few extracts of the information you can find on our brand new Latvia Biostimulant legislation page !

This legsilation update, which is slightly longer than usual, goes into detail into which legislations are important in ruling over, not only biostiostimulants, but also all other kinds of fertilizers.

It also talks about what the pre requisite are to lawfully place your agricultural product on the Latvian market.

All in all, a lot of useful information if Latvia is on your target country list.

The link to this new page waiting for you is further below. :)

      Here are 2 extracts :

“Fertilisers are defined as "any substance containing one or more chemical elements recognized as necessary for plants. These substances are intended to promote plant growth or are microbiological preparations containing live microorganisms that enhance plant growth and development or regulate microbiological processes in soil or plant growth substrate".

      &

"Plant biostimulants are defined as a "plant growth promoter as a product that contains one or more chemical elements recognized as essential for plants, along with one or more biologically active compounds. The primary use of these products, according to the recommended dosage, is to promote plant growth rather than to supply nutrients to the plants."

Here is the link as promised, where you'll find a lot more detail and knowledge.
