"In Paraguay, fertilisers and plant biostimulants are regulated primarily under the authority of the Servicio Nacional de Calidad y Sanidad Vegetal y de Semillas (SENAVE), which operates under the Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganadería(MAG). SENAVE is responsible for overseeing the quality, control, importation, and commercialisation of agricultural inputs used in crop production, including fertilisers and related products. ”.
