Welcome to a new update about the fertiliser and biostimulant legislations in Switzerland !
Here's the beginning of it to tease into reading the full text on our page ;) :
"In Switzerland, biostimulants and fertilisers that fall outside the EU’s harmonised framework are regulated under national law, and must be authorised or registeredbefore they can be placed on the Swiss market: Any biostimulant or fertiliser not CE‑marked must be either:
- Registered under the DüV (if within a recognized PFC under the European Fertiliser Regulation), or
- Submitted via formal authorisation (for non-listed or novel products), before being marketed .
Selling such products without registration or authorisation is not permitted."
