“Biostimulants are not regulated by a dedicated law in Thailand but fall under the Fertilizer Act as organic or biological fertilizers if they meet the relevant definitions. They must be registered with the DOA, and additional controls apply if they are imported or contain living organisms. The regulatory pathway depends on the product’s composition and claims.
