Welcome to a new update about the fertiliser and biostimulant legislations in Angola !
This update is really special to us as it our first update concerning a country in Africa!
Another particularity of this update is that Angola doesn't have a "plant biostimulant law" per se. The agri-input products are therefore classified according to their composition and label claims with the existing agricultural regulations.
But... Fear not! We have got you covered and have detailed you with not only the relevant authorities dealing with agri-input product registrations but also named the relevant legislations.
Thanks to them, we are able to share the most important information when considering a product registration in Angola.
This information includes :
- The registration timelines
- The technical dossier requirements
- Where you can find the fees involved
- How to legally sell your product in Angola as a foreign company
- And more...

If products contain microorganisms they may require biosafety and microbiological evaluation..."
