Participation details/conditions

- minimum of 5 participants required, registrations closes on 1.7.2025
- Participation fee needs to be paid before the training starts (that is, on 7.8.2025 COB the fee must have been registered on our accounts)
- The participant that brings in a paying participant pays only € 350,00.
- Participation fee is for ONE participant (e.g., if there are several participants from the same company, each individual is required to pay the fee separately).
- Meeting link (ZOOM or Facebook will be provided after reception of payment
- presentation/slides will be shared after the meeting.
- An invoice can be provided on demand (it's not automatic). Should you need an invoice, please let us know via email (info@scibasics.com) and share your company name, full address, Email, phone and VAT number (if applicable).
- Should you want to pay by bank transfer (e.g. based on an invoice) this is possible. Please contact us at info@scibasics.com.
